The Role

We are seeking a commercially minded E-Commerce Account Executive to help grow our Salon business on Amazon across the EMEA region. The E-Commerce Account Executive will deliver strategies to grow the Salon business on Amazon across EMEA. This role supports the Account Lead in driving geographic expansion, ensuring excellent operational execution, and maintaining alignment between local markets and global teams. A key responsibility is extracting, analysing and reporting data from multiple sources to inform decision‑making and optimise performance. The role will also liaise with external advertising agencies, monitor initiatives, and update internal teams on progress and results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Annual Account Planning, Negotiation Support & New Product Launches: Support the Account Lead in preparing and delivering annual account plans. Assist with negotiations with Amazon by providing data‑led insights and preparing relevant documentation.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Extract and consolidate data from Amazon Vendor Central, internal BI tools and other sources. Analyse performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve sales and profitability. Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Agency Coordination & Initiative Tracking: Liaise with advertising agencies to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned. Track agency‑led initiatives and communicate updates to internal teams. Report on campaign performance and return on investment (ROI).
  • Geographic Expansion Support: Assist the Account Lead in onboarding new markets and scaling existing ones. Coordinate with local teams to ensure compliance with brand and Amazon requirements.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between global and local teams to align priorities and resolve issues. Communicate updates and performance metrics to internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field, or equivalent experience gained through apprenticeship or vocational training.
  • 2–4 years’ experience in e‑commerce or account management, preferably managing Amazon or other e‑retail accounts.
  • Strong delivery and project management experience, with a proven ability to analyse large datasets and generate insights.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with Amazon Vendor Central or Seller Central.
  • Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
