About Our Role

As a key member of the Digital Marketing team, you will support the delivery of full‑funnel marketing campaigns across affiliate, partnership, content, and social media channels. Reporting to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a central role in content scheduling, campaign coordination, creative briefing, partner management, reporting, and administrative processes to ensure marketing activity is delivered effectively and on time. This role contributes to driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and revenue growth by supporting the delivery of full‑funnel marketing campaigns and ensuring best‑in‑class execution across digital channels.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and schedule social media content across platforms using planning tools, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and aligned with the content calendar.
  • Own and maintain the Pinterest content calendar, including content planning, scheduling, uploading, and optimisation to drive engagement and traffic.
  • Brief creative assets and copy for social media, affiliate, partnership, and display campaigns, ensuring all outputs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Support affiliate and partnership activity by coordinating campaign assets, communications, and delivery with external partners.
  • Coordinate campaign assets, copy, and timelines to ensure all digital marketing activity is delivered smoothly and on time.
  • Support content ideation and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices that improve campaign performance.
  • Liaise with external agencies and partners to coordinate campaign requirements, asset delivery, and feedback.
  • Support reporting and administrative processes, including performance tracking and invoice processing.

What You Will Need

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Relevant digital marketing certifications are advantageous (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or similar platform‑based certifications).
  • 1+ years’ experience in digital marketing, social media, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting execution of campaigns across social, content, affiliate, or partnership channels.
  • Exposure to working with agencies, publishers, or external partners.
  • Experience in coordinating assets, scheduling content, and supporting reporting processes.
  • Strong interest and passion for digital marketing and social media, with awareness of current trends and platforms.
  • Familiarity with social and digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest).
  • Experience with social management tools (e.g. Sprout Social) and basic analytics/reporting tools.
  • Strong organisational and project coordination skills.
  • Good understanding of digital marketing channels including paid social, organic social, and affiliates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint (or equivalent).
  • Strong written communication skills for briefing and content coordination.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
