This is a client-facing role for someone who thrives on building strong partnerships, delivering exceptional service, and contributing to commercial growth. You will play a key role in the client relationship, supporting strategic direction, aligning on objectives, and ensuring campaigns consistently deliver measurable impact.

You will have the opportunity to work across a diverse and exciting client mix spanning toys, games, sports, and entertainment brands, partnering with ambitious clients to deliver influencer campaigns that cut through in culture. Beyond day-to-day execution, you will act as a proactive partner to your clients: bringing forward new ideas, staying immersed in the lifestyle and entertainment landscape, identifying growth opportunities, anticipating challenges, and continuously elevating the quality of our service.

We are looking for someone who is culturally switched-on, commercially aware, and committed to raising the standard of what great agency partnership looks like.

Responsibilities, not limited to:

  • Relationship Management
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned sports, lifestyle and entertainment client accounts
    • Build strong, trust-based relationships grounded in performance and transparency
    • Maintain regular communication, ensuring clients feel consistently supported and informed
    • Anticipate client needs and proactively present solutions before challenges arise
  • Strategic Growth & Proactive Ideation
    • Bring forward new campaign concepts, creator opportunities, and growth ideas tailored to lifestyle and entertainment audiences
    • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
    • Stay across cultural trends, platform shifts, and the evolving creator landscape, and translate those insights into actionable recommendations
    • Ensure clients see us as a strategic partner, not just an executional agency
  • Campaign Management & Quality Control
    • Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns across lifestyle, entertainment, and sports verticals, ensuring seamless execution
    • Collaborate closely with internal teams (media buying, creative, operations) to deliver best-in-class results
    • Maintain high standards for deliverables, timelines, and reporting
    • Ensure campaigns align with both brand objectives and performance goals, whether driving awareness, engagement, or conversion
  • Performance & Accountability
    • Track campaign performance metrics and support clear ROI reporting
    • Present campaign insights and strategic recommendations with clarity and confidence
    • Translate data into actionable next steps and ongoing optimisations
  • Service Excellence
    • Champion a proactive, not reactive, service mindset
    • Ensure clients always feel prioritised, heard, and supported
    • Handle challenges with professionalism, composure, and solution-driven thinking
    • Continuously elevate the quality and sophistication of our service offering

Ideal Candidate

  • 5-10 years experience in influencer marketing, ideally both brand and agency background
  • Background spanning lifestyle, entertainment, sports, or consumer brands, with toy, board game, or sports marketing experience a strong plus
  • Deep understanding of the creator landscape across lifestyle, entertainment, and sports verticals, with a strong instinct for cultural relevance and audience fit
  • Strong understanding of influencer tools, analytics, tracking systems, and reporting platforms
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into clear insights and recommendations
  • Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Fluency in English required; additional European language(s) a strong advantage

Location

  • Remote; Europe based
  • 12 months contract

Company benefits

  • Competitive salary and bonus scheme
  • 20 days holiday, plus public holidays depending on where you are based
