The Role
- We’re hiring a high-level Email & SMS Retention Manager to own lifecycle marketing and drive serious revenue growth through email and SMS.
- Increase repeat purchases
- Increase subscription & filter replacement revenue
- Increase LTV
- Increase customer retention
- Improve overall CRM performance
- Build and optimize high-converting flows, campaigns, segmentation, and retention systems that directly impact the bottom line

What You’ll Do
- Own Afina’s email + SMS retention strategy end-to-end
- Build and optimize flows in Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post‑purchase, replenishment, win‑back, VIP, etc.)
- Launch high‑performing campaigns that drive revenue every week
- Build advanced segmentation and personalized customer journeys
- Run aggressive A/B testing across copy, offers, creatives, send times, and CTAs
- Improve retention, LTV, deliverability, and revenue per recipient
- Own filter replenishment lifecycle campaigns
- Work closely with growth, creative, and CX teams to scale retention fast
