The Role
We’re hiring a high-performance Video Editor to create fast-paced, conversion-focused ad creatives for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and other paid social channels. You’ll work directly with the growth and creative team to produce winning ad creatives designed to scale aggressively.
This role is for someone who understands:
- Direct-response advertising
- Consumer psychology
- Viral short-form content
- Performance marketing
- Fast iteration and testing
You should know how to turn raw footage, UGC, creator content, and AI-generated assets into ads that sell.
What You’ll Do
- Edit high-converting paid social ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- Create direct-response style creatives optimized for performance and ROAS
- Develop strong hooks, pacing, captions, sound design, and CTAs that drive conversions
- Rapidly produce and iterate multiple ad variations for testing
- Collaborate closely with media buyers and growth team to improve performance
- Analyze winning creatives and replicate patterns that scale
- Stay on top of TikTok, Meta, and short-form creative trends
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years editing ads for DTC or e-commerce brands
- Strong portfolio of performance-driven ad creatives
- Experience editing for Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and paid social
- Deep understanding of direct-response marketing
- Strong sense of pacing, hooks, retention, and storytelling
- Experience using AI tools for creative production, editing, scripting, voiceovers, or workflows
- Ability to work fast and handle high creative output
- Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or similar tools
