The Role
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who will own and elevate our entire creative process—from ideation to execution to optimization. You’ll be the driving force behind our ad and organic content, combining sharp creative instincts with a data-driven mindset. You won’t just come up with ideas; you’ll write the scripts, manage the creators and editors who bring them to life, and build the feedback systems that make our creative smarter every single week. This role is ideal for someone who lives at the intersection of creativity, performance marketing, and team leadership—and who’s excited about leveraging AI as a force multiplier across the entire content pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Creative Ideation & Script Writing: Generate a high volume of fresh, scroll-stopping ad concepts and organic content ideas across platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, etc.). Write compelling scripts that hook attention, communicate value, and drive action for both paid and organic formats.
- Creator & Editor Management: Source, vet, and manage a roster of UGC creators, influencers, and freelance editors to bring your concepts to life. Manage, mentor, and motivate our in-house editors to execute your creative vision with speed and quality.
- AI-Powered Creative Process: Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, etc.) to accelerate ideation, script drafts, storyboarding, and content production. Continuously experiment with new AI workflows to increase creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Performance Analysis & Metrics: Analyze key creative metrics—ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, hold rate, and thumb-stop ratio—to determine what’s working and why. Translate data into actionable creative briefs so every new round of content is informed by real performance signals.
- Creative Learnings System: Build and maintain a structured feedback loop that captures insights from every test and ensures the team gets smarter every single week. Run structured creative testing frameworks (hook tests, CTA tests, format tests) and document learnings systematically.
- Trend & Platform Intelligence: Stay ahead of creative trends, platform algorithm shifts, and competitor strategies to keep our content cutting‑edge across Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 3+ years of experience in creative strategy, content production, or performance marketing—ideally in DTC, e-commerce, or a growth‑focused agency.
- Proven track record of writing high-performing ad scripts and organic content across social platforms.
- Experience managing creators, editors, or small creative teams—you know how to inspire people and hold them accountable.
- Hands‑on experience using AI tools for ideation, copywriting, image generation, or video production.
- Comfortable reading dashboards and pulling insights from ROAS, CPA, CTR, hook rate, and other creative performance metrics.
- Systems thinker—you naturally build processes, templates, and feedback loops, not just one‑off ideas.
- Deep understanding of what performs on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms.
