As Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of the office by handling day-to-day administration tasks, managing facilities and supporting staff. You will be the go-to person for the team, someone who can manage everything from the office move, investor relations and event planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Office Management & Facilities
- Oversee all day-to-day office operations: greeting guests, managing reception
- Maintain a well-functioning and welcoming workspace
- Lead logistics for office renovations and space planning
- Act as the liaison with US Office for office-wide initiatives and shared systems
- Liaise with IT technicians and support any broader IT-related projects
