Job Opportunity

What You'll Be Doing

• Speaking with existing business customers by phone and email
• Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to introduce our products and services
• Helping customers choose the right equipment for their projects
• Building long-term relationships with customers
• Processing hire orders and keeping customers updated
• Identifying opportunities to recommend additional products and services
• Working alongside a supportive team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Supplying equipment to some of the UK's biggest construction and infrastructure projects

Essential Skills

What We're Looking For

You don't need previous sales experience to apply.

We're looking for people with the right attitude, energy and willingness to learn. If you're looking to move into sales or start an office-based career, we'll provide the training to help you succeed.

You’ll Be Someone Who:

• Enjoys speaking with people and building relationships
• Has great communication skills
• Is organised and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
• Is confident using computers and learning new systems
• Works well as part of a team
• Is motivated to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service

Bonus Skills (Not Essential!)

• Customer service, retail, hospitality or office experience
• Call centre or telephone-based customer support
• Construction or hire industry knowledge
• Experience working towards personal or team targets
