Based from our Winchester depot, this 3-year apprenticeship combines practical, real-world workshop experience alongside specialist block-release training at F-TEC in Swindon, the UK's leading training provider for the powered access and material handling sectors.

About the Role

As an Apprentice Engineer, you will gain valuable practical experience servicing and maintaining our expanding hire fleet of modern truck-mounted and powered access machinery.

Working alongside experienced service engineers, you will learn to master complex systems.

  • Depot Training: Inspect, service, fault-find, and repair systems on our fleet.
  • Block Release College: Attend structured block-release modules at F-TEC Swindon to earn your Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
  • Safety & Standards: Carry out Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDIs) and maintain accurate service records to ensure machines meet strict safety and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSEs at Grade 4 / C or above (or equivalent).
