Salary Salary is based on the National Apprenticeship rate of £8 per hour plus benefits (for the first 12 months, after which the rate is dependent on age).
About the Role
- Work towards NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration.
- Answer inbound calls from customers.
- Gain valuable practical experience in an office environment.
- Perform general office duties such as raising purchase orders, scanning, data entry, checking documents, emailing, answering the phone, filing, photocopying, sorting post, ordering stationary, etc.
- Demonstrate enthusiasm for the role, be outgoing, and have excellent communication skills.

- Good telephone manner and computer skills.
- Professional and comply with all aspects of Data Protection and GDPR at all times, as you would handle financial and learner personal information.
