We’re looking for an IPAF/PASMA instructor, or someone with the enthusiasm and drive to work towards gaining these qualifications, to join our team in the West Midlands and surrounding area. The salary for this role is between £NMW - £37,500 depending on qualifications and experience, plus car allowance, benefits and incentive scheme.

About the Role
- Delivering high quality training to national standards for IPAF and PASMA.
- Creating a safe and engaging learning environment to support and mentor learners to achieve their qualification.
- Ensuring all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and submitted on time.
- Preparing indoor and outdoor training areas.

Requirements
- The ideal candidate will hold an IPAF & PASMA Instructor licence (PASMA licence can be worked towards).
- Will have excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Will be enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated, and have good time management.
- Will hold a full driving licence and own transport (car allowance included in package).
