Role Overview What You'll Be Doing General Administration: Perform tasks such as data entry and answering emails and calls. Inhouse Software: Create and manage bookings. Customer and Colleague Communication: Provide a friendly and helpful point of contact while maintaining a professional and polite manner. Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal colleagues. Health and Safety Standards: Ensure compliance within the office.
