AFH Wealth Management is proud to be one of the UK’s leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firms. The purpose of the PMO Analyst is to support the Head of PMO and the Business Change team in delivery including co-ordination, planning, control, reporting, analysis and their insights, as well as supporting the Head of PMO in the delivery of PMO initiatives. The PMO Analyst will support the development of the Change Portfolio MI, maintain the schedule of change, support the portfolio reporting, along with the development and implementation of PMO processes.
As our PMO Analyst, you will be responsible for:
- Project Support: PMO Analysts assist the change team in planning, organizing, and managing resources for projects. They help ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Data Collection and Analysis: They gather and analyze data related to project performance, including financial metrics, schedule adherence, and resource utilization. This analysis helps identify areas for improvement and ensures projects stay on track.
- Reporting: PMO Analysts create regular reports on project status, including progress summaries, risk assessments, and budget status. These reports are essential for keeping stakeholders informed and facilitating decision-making.
- Risk and Issue Management: They monitor and identify potential risks or issues that could impact project success, helping to mitigate these risks early in the project lifecycle.
- Process Improvement: PMO Analysts evaluate project management processes and procedures to identify opportunities for improvement, ensuring best practices are followed across all projects.
