Role Profile – Integration Executive (M&A) Team: Integration Reporting to: Integration Supervisor Purpose: Your primary responsibility is to assist with the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to ensure all company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the AFH Group. Responsibilities: Assist the Senior Executives with Acquisition projects through Due Diligence stage to post completion integration. Updating and maintenance of project plans and integration proposal Liaising with Vendors and Advisers to obtain relevant information Preparation of correspondence to clients and providers including letters, emails, and forms Assist with the analysis and cleansing of data sets from various sources Maintain and update systems accurately with various information Support the delivery of requirement gathering, integration, implementation and training as required Take a flexible approach to work, actively engaging in ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider delivery of each integrating acquisition Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation Experience, knowledge and qualifications: Experience of working within a project, acquisitions or financial services environment Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder A self-starter who can use their own initiative Ability to solve problems and think analytically Great organisational and time management skills
