Reporting to: Office Manager
Summary
This is a great opportunity for a proactive and engaged individual to join a rapidly evolving company. The role will be varied, and you will be part of a team responsible for the drafting, printing, and delivery of estate planning and legal documentation. The role has scope for progression for the right candidate wishing to develop their knowledge.
Experience in financial services, legal, paraplanning, or other regulated industries is preferred but not essential.
The suitable candidate must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, a good eye for detail, and be willing and capable of working autonomously in the areas they oversee, but not afraid to ask questions or seek support and guidance.
Your responsibilities
- Liaising with financial planners as required
- Drafting and printing documentation and liaising with legal partners
- Managing the administration of cases
- Answering incoming calls efficiently in a polite and helpful manner
- Recommending developments and improvements to procedures and systems as appropriate
- Maintaining and updating relevant sections of the procedures manual
- Managing your own workload to ensure service levels are maintained
