This is a full-time, permanent opportunity with hybrid working and a competitive salary and range of benefits. This is a process-driven role with the purpose of generating switch forms through our CRM system, playing an integral role in the Switch Team. A strong attention to detail, adherence to all processes and procedures, and the ability to respond to low-risk team queries are key elements of this post.
Responsibilities
- Generate switch forms and accurately rebalance clients on platforms (where applicable); complete buy and sell and postal fund switch requests.
- Complete all tasks delegated by the Switch Team Supervisor and Senior Administrators to meet SLAs.
- Collate switch documents by selecting the appropriate recommendations made by Investment Research relating to client investment holdings.
- Respond to telephone and inbox queries related to fund switches, escalating where necessary.
- Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record-keeping processes to ensure appropriate activity audit trails in line with the Firmβs compliance standards.
- Maintain a clear understanding of Consumer Duty.
- Adhere to GDPR regulations and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with FCA requirements.
