Join our team as a Client Services Supervisor at AFH Wealth Management, a leading independent financial advisory and wealth management firm in the UK. We are looking for a dedicated leader to grow with us and support our expansion plans. This full‑time, permanent role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee a team of Client Services Executives and Administrators, ensuring efficient workflow management, regulatory compliance, and excellent client service delivery.
  • Lead, support, and motivate a team of Client Service Executives and Client Service Administrators.
  • Oversee allocation of workloads and manage team capacity to ensure efficient service delivery of all administrative and technical support requests from our Financial Advisers.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss process change recommendations, issues, and best practices.
  • Ensure all administrative tasks, including client onboarding, policy administration, New Business submission, and document management, are completed accurately and on time.
  • Monitor compliance with FCA regulations and internal policies, addressing any risks or breaches.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex queries from administrators, clients, and financial advisers.
  • Promote and encourage a positive work environment amongst team members and advisers, ensuring cooperation, efficiency, and outstanding service is always delivered.

Qualifications

  • Ability to guide and develop a team effectively by mentoring and upskilling where necessary.
  • Ability to build strong working relationships within a fast‑paced environment.
  • Experience in financial services administration, preferably within an IFA firm.
  • An understanding of FCA regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to use clear and concise language in both verbal and written communication.
  • Experience using both Microsoft applications and industry‑specific software (e.g., Outlook, Teams, Xplan, Provider Platforms, etc).
