The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. What You’ll Do
- Perform opening and closing routines.
- Supervise salesfloor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and payroll management.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
