The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities

  • Perform opening and closing routines
  • Operate register/Point of Sale systems
  • Fulfill OMNI Channel orders
  • Demonstrate product knowledge, brand awareness, and drive sales
  • Build and maintain visual displays
  • Analyze reporting to inform decision making
  • Protect store assets and perform inventory control
  • Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values

Work Schedule

Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent (preferred)
  • At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
  • No supervisory/management experience required
  • Strong customer focus

Compensation

Starting rate: £13.80 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is £13.80 – £13.80 per hour. The starting rate and range may be modified in the future.
