Role Overview

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates, and ensuring store operations run effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team and drives floor performance through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Responsibilities

  • Perform opening and closing routines.
  • Operate register/point of sale systems.
  • Fulfill OMNI‑Channel orders.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
  • Build and maintain visual displays.
  • Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
  • Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
  • Represent the brand and exemplify company culture and values.

Work Schedule

The schedule will vary weekly but should expect at least 16 hours per week with required availability on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours may increase to support business needs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
  • At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred).
  • No supervisory or management experience required.
  • Strong customer focus.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and assertive.

Compensation

Starting rate: £16.20 per hour. The recruiting pay range for this position is £16.20 – £16.20 per hour. The rate and range may be modified in the future.
