The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
  • Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
  • Fulfill OMNI Channel Orders.
  • Demonstrate Product Knowledge, Brand Awareness, while driving sales.
  • Build and maintain Visual Displays.
  • Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
  • Protect Store Assets & perform Inventory Control.
  • Represent the Brand and exemplify Company Culture and Values.

Work Schedule Requirements: The schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 16 hours per week. Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays. During peak timeframes, hours will increase to support business needs.

What it Takes

  • High School Diploma/G.E.D. equivalent preferred.
  • At least 1 year of retail experience; No supervisory/management experience required.
  • Strong customer focus, exceptional interpersonal skills, and strong communication skills.
  • Knowledge of current fashion trends.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and assertive with initiative and confidence.
  • Adaptability and flexibility, balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.
  • Proactive learning and applied thinking.
  • Strong work ethic.

The starting rate for this position is £15.10 per hour. Any job offers for this role could be subject to and conditional upon the applicant carrying out applicable work visa formalities.
