What You’ll Do
- Perform Opening and Closing Routines.
- Supervise the sales floor and stockroom, ensuring excellent customer service and seamless operations.
- Conduct staffing and scheduling operations and manage payroll.
- Train and develop non‑management staff.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and brand awareness while driving sales.
- Build and maintain visual displays.
- Analyze reporting to inform decision making.
- Protect store assets and perform inventory control.
- Operate Register/Point of Sale systems.
- Fulfill OMNI Channel orders.
- Represent the Brand, exemplifying company culture and values.
What It Takes
- Bachelor’s Degree or at least one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong customer focus.
- Knowledge of current fashion trends.
- Drive to achieve results and exhibit a strong work ethic.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team‑building and ability to coach others.
- Initiative and confidence.
- Ability to balance multiple tasks while being detail‑oriented.

The starting rate for this position is £38,000.00 per year.
