Senior Integration Executive
Location:Bromsgrove (B60 4JE)
Contract type:Permanent, hybrid working
Working hours:Full-time, Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

The purpose of theSenior Integration Executive is toassist with the integration of new and previously acquired businesses across the group to ensure all company acquisition projects are integrated smoothly into the AFH Group.
As aSenior Integration Executive your responsiblitiesare to:
- Analyse and understand business requirements to create and implement an integration plan for each acquisition
- Liaisewith Vendors and updating them on progress of Integration
- Analyse, interpret and cleanse data sets from various sources
- Provide support to Senior Managers and the wider business for all acquisition Integration Projects to ensure all projects are efficiently integrated into the business including:
- Creating ofintegration proposal documents
- Identifying any key areas that do not align with the businesses Target Operating Model and working with key stakeholders to develop potential solutions
- Oversight of Operational matters across the wider business to ensure all areas have been completed
- Assist with providing visible oversight to the wider business for all acquisitions
- Support the delivery of requirements gathering, integration, implementation and training as required
- Be the point of contact for other team members for technical knowledge
- To define, implement and review the required training, standards, processes and other attributes to ensure the highest professional standards are maintained and projects are implemented on time
- Take a flexible approach to work, actively engaging in ad hoc responsibilities to support the wider delivery of each integrating acquisition
- Any other reasonable request made by a Director/Manager of the organisation
What we are looking for in our idealSenior Integration Executive:
- 2-3 years' experience of working within a project, acquisitions or financial services environment
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and be comfortable working independently
- Proven ability to identify potential issues/anomalies and develop potential solutions
- Excellent communication skills and a good relationship builder, support and challenge in a constructive and effective manner
- A self-starter who can use their own initiative
- Exceptional ability to solve problems and think analytically
- Great organisational, project and time management skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Teams, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
