We are looking for an Investment Support Administrator to work as part of our Switch Team, ensuring compliance with SLAs and generating switch forms based on investment research recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Collate switch documents by selecting the appropriate recommendations made by Investment Research relating to client investment holdings.
  • Respond to telephone and inbox queries in relation to fund switches, escalating where necessary.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate diary management and record‑keeping processes to ensure appropriate activity audit trails are maintained in line with the firm\’s compliance standards.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of Consumer Duty.
  • Strictly adhere to GDPR regulations and how AFH Wealth Management seeks to comply with FCA requirements.
  • Generate switch forms and accurately rebalance clients on platforms (where applicable), complete buy and sells and postal fund switch requests.
  • Complete all tasks delegated by the Switch Team.

Qualifications

  • Essential experience working towards and achieving productivity targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and proven experience delivering high standards.
  • Experience handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Desirable: experience using Microsoft applications and industry‑specific software (e.g. Outlook, Teams, Xplan, Provider Platforms).
  • Knowledge of financial products, including pensions, investments, and protection.
