The predicted salary is between 36000 - 60000 £ per year.
As our Independent Financial Adviser, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing an understanding of the AFH Financial Group's strategy and core values, representing the AFH brand professionally and courteously.
- Maintaining Fit and Proper, and TCF requirements in accordance with AFH Financial Group's processes, and keeping personal CPD records up to date.
- Meeting regulatory requirements, including disclosure, costs of services, and advised products.
- Following the Six-Stage Advice Process to build long-term relationships and deliver excellent client outcomes.
- Reviewing and responding to clients' changing needs and circumstances, and keeping them informed about new financial products and legislative changes.
- Acquiring and developing new business from clients and introducers through planning, referrals, and lead generation programs.
- Utilizing marketing opportunities, including social media and networking, to develop new business.
- Maintaining good client and introducer relationships through meetings, seminars, and feedback.
- Contacting clients to arrange meetings in various settings, including virtually via Microsoft Teams.
What we are looking for in our ideal Independent Financial Adviser:
- Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning or FCA-approved equivalent, with CF30 status maintained.
- Client-centric approach with professionalism and dedication to doing right by clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, approachability, and IT proficiency for virtual communication.
- Experience in networking, business development, and building relationships with various client groups.
