Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Golf Coach, located in Biggleswade. The Golf Coach will be responsible for providing individual and group golf instruction, developing and implementing coaching programs, and assisting golfers to improve their performance. Daily tasks include coaching sessions, supervising practice sessions, managing coaching schedules, and offering feedback and techniques to improve the players\' skills. The role also involves promoting a positive and encouraging environment for all participants.
Qualifications
- Skills in Golf Instruction and Coaching
- Experience in Golf Management and overall Golf knowledge
- Strong ability in Sports Coaching
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with a team
- PGA professional certification or similar qualification is preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
