The Affordable Group manufactures windows & doors and has been established for over 30 years, supplying the building trade throughout the UK. We have doubled our turnover over the last 5 years and now employ over 300 staff in Blackpool and Poulton-Le-Fylde. The Affordable Group is a John Lewis type of business where employees (with 12 months of service) receive a share in the profits. The profit share for 2024 & 2025 for every employee was £2000 take home. We believe in promotion from within and almost all senior management started as junior employees.

Affordable Windows Group Ltd seeks UPVC door and window fabricators. Experience in UPVC window and door fabrication is preferred, although not essential, as full training will be given.
Responsibilities:
- Assembly of UPVC products (windows & doors)
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a production environment and have experience using power tools i.e. drills, saws and machinery, although full training will be given.
Skills:
- Be reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to use a common sense approach
- Able to work as a team member
- Basic literacy (loading off paperwork)
FULL training will be provided.
Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:45am to 4:00 pm (40h a week)
Starting pay: £12.50ph for 21yo and over; 18-20yo - £10.50 starting wage + review after 3 months + annual pay review. Yearly profit share*
