Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent management and resolution of customer enquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Managing workload to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets.
  • Handling any customer complaints and ensure a timely resolution.

  • Raising support tickets to enable tracking and resolution of customer requests.
