Job Description
Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this leadership role will help shape Egis global brand positioning and lead the creation of high‑value content and integrated campaigns that build awareness, influence decision‑makers and generate measurable impact on the business pipeline. Working closely with the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM, Chief Commercial Officers, technical experts and regional marketing leads, the role will bring together strategic insight, creative excellence and commercial focus. You will translate Egis expertise in sustainability, mobility, energy transition and digital transformation into compelling narratives and campaigns that strengthen client relationships and help win work. This is a rare opportunity to define how Egis inspires, informs and differentiates itself in a competitive global marketplace – transforming campaigns and thought leadership into tangible business results.
Key Responsibilities
- Help to define and protect Egis global brand positioning, architecture and messaging, ensuring consistency and commercial relevance across all markets.
- Lead strategic campaign development aligned to priority sectors and major pursuits, working directly with Commercial and SL leadership to influence pipeline and win strategy.
- Develop Egis thought leadership and content strategy – from insight generation and storytelling to creative production and amplification.
- Help to establish governance mechanisms (editorial boards, campaign prioritisation, asset approval standards) to reduce low‑impact activity and focus resources on high‑value growth priorities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing & CRM to plan, track and report campaign performance, demonstrating clear contribution to pipeline and KPIs.
- Establish campaign frameworks, toolkits and assets that enable local adaptation while maintaining brand coherence and creative quality.
- Commission and manage brand and market research, perception tracking and campaign performance reporting to inform continuous improvement.
- Support strategic initiatives such as employer brand, acquisitions and rebrands from a marketing and positioning perspective.
- Champion creativity, innovation and measurable impact across the global marketing network.
The role is based in the UK, with collaboration expected across global teams.
Qualifications
- 8+ years experience in brand, campaign, or strategic marketing leadership, ideally within engineering, infrastructure, or professional services environments.
- Proven success delivering integrated, results‑driven campaigns and high‑value content that build reputation, engagement and pipeline impact.
- Analytical and commercially minded, able to strongly link marketing activity to business development and revenue outcomes.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy, positioning, storytelling and content marketing in complex B2B settings.
- Highly collaborative, creative and influential, with excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Experience working across complex, matrixed organisations and multiple geographies.
