The Engineering Delivery Project Planner is responsible for supporting the delivery of the upcoming MY programme by enabling effective planning, coordination, and risk management across engineering squads. The role focuses on ensuring delivery continuity amid competing resource priorities, particularly propulsion-related projects, while driving stakeholder alignment and robust planning practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Support delivery of the upcoming MY programme, managing impacts arising from resource prioritisation toward propulsion projects.
- Facilitate commodity generation activities within engineering squads to ensure timely and complete deliverables.
- Develop and maintain integrated delivery plans, including planning for release activities and key milestones.
- Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks and impediments, escalating where appropriate.
- Drive stakeholder alignment across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and programme teams.
- Coordinate and manage PFEP (Plan for Every Part) documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with programme requirements.
- Track progress against plan, providing clear status reporting and recovery actions where required.
- Support continuous improvement of planning, delivery, and governance processes.
