We are seeking an experienced Technical Programme Delivery professional to support the MLA LR PHEV domain. The role involves working closely with all Powertrain commodity teams (hardware and software) to ensure the successful delivery of a fully integrated powertrain that meets technical, financial, quality, and timing requirements for the Vehicle Programme. This position acts as a key interface between multiple stakeholders to ensure seamless programme execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage technical programme delivery for the MLA LR PHEV domain, ensuring alignment with programme objectives and milestones.
- Collaborate with all Powertrain commodity teams (hardware and software) to integrate solutions that are technically compatible and meet financial, quality, and timing targets.
- Ensure delivery of integrated powertrain systems into the Vehicle Programme customer, maintaining full compliance with programme requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key stakeholders, including Programme Team, Vehicle Engineering, and IOPD (Manufacturing / Launch).
- Identify and mitigate risks, resolving technical and programme challenges in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Track progress and report on technical, financial, and schedule performance, ensuring proactive communication with stakeholders.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within Powertrain programme delivery processes.
Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience in technical programme delivery, preferably within automotive powertrain programmes.
- Strong understanding of both hardware and software powertrain systems, particularly in PHEV or hybrid platforms.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across engineering, manufacturing, and programme management functions.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver complex, cross-functional technical programmes on time, within budget, and meeting quality standards.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
