We're seeking a Lighting Validation Engineer to support the development, integration, and validation of advanced vehicle lighting systems throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring delivery against performance, quality, cost, and regulatory targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end product development of exterior and interior lighting systems
- Develop and execute validation plans, DVP&R, and system-level test activities
- Conduct vehicle, laboratory, and environmental testing
- Analyse test results and lead technical issue resolution using structured problem-solving methods
- Collaborate with design, software, systems, manufacturing, quality, and supplier teams
- Ensure compliance with customer, quality, and regulatory requirements
