Role Purpose
To support additive manufacturing operations by operating 3D printing equipment, managing build workflows, completing post-processing activities, conducting quality checks, and maintaining production records using manufacturing software systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Additive Manufacturing Operations
- Operate AM equipment and monitor machine status, queues, and fault codes.
- Load/unload builds and change material canisters and machine consumables.
- Replace AM-specific hardware such as tips, heads, and related components.
- Report machine and build issues as required.
- Post-Processing
- Operate equipment including: HP Post Processing Station, Bead Blaster, Hot Soak Tanks, UV Curing Chambers, Curing Ovens, Water Jet Cleaners.
- Complete post-processing activities in line with safety and operating procedures.
