This is a senior role focused on strategy, architecture, QA, and results - not day-to-day email building. We’ve generated £200M+ in revenue for D2C brands by combining strategic thinking with execution excellence. Now we’re looking for someone who can own retention at a high level and help our clients maximise lifetime value.
This role is for you if you:

- Owning retention strategy for 6-8 e-commerce brands
- Designing advanced Klaviyo flow architecture and segmentation strategies
- Briefing internal copywriters, designers, and email specialists with clear technical requirements
- QA’ing all builds before launch - you’re the final quality gate
- Leading planning sessions, promotional calendars, and performance reviews
- Monitoring and optimising key retention metrics (LTV, repeat purchase rate, flow revenue)
Experience we’re looking for:
- 3+ years of strategic Klaviyo experience (agency or in-house)
- Deep technical knowledge of flows, segmentation, and integrations
- Experience working on mature retention programs where email/SMS is a major revenue driver
- Confidence managing multiple clients and directing a small specialist team
- Strong communication skills with clients and stakeholders
Why join Affluent:
- Work with established e-commerce brands with real budgets and ambition
- Focus on strategy - you have a dedicated team to execute
- Fully remote (UK-based) with flexible hours
