You'll sit at the intersection of creative, performance marketing, customer psychology, and commercial strategy-helping brands uncover opportunities, improve efficiency, and scale through better creative.

Identify opportunities to improve performance through stronger creative thinking. Build testing roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Translate commercial goals into actionable creative strategies. - Ideation & Concept Development
Lead weekly ideation sessions. Develop hooks, concepts, scripts, and campaign ideas. Create clear creative briefs for designers, editors, and creators. Generate new testing opportunities based on market insights and performance data. Ensure a consistent pipeline of fresh concepts and creative experiments. - Performance Analysis
Analyse creative performance across Meta and other paid social channels. Identify patterns, winning themes, and creative opportunities. Use data and customer feedback to inform future creative decisions. Continuously refine messaging, offers, and creative frameworks. Present findings and recommendations internally and externally. - Client Strategy & Communication
Act as the strategic creative lead for assigned accounts. Lead creative strategy calls and reviews. Present concepts, insights, and recommendations confidently. Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure creative work aligns with both performance goals and brand objectives. - Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with media buyers, designers, editors, and creators. Ensure creative output aligns with strategic direction. Maintain high standards across all deliverables. Support the wider creative team with strategic thinking and best practice.

What We're Looking For:
3+ years' experience in creative strategy, performance marketing, growth marketing, or a related role. Experience working with DTC or e-commerce brands. Strong understanding of Meta advertising and performance creative. Proven ability to develop creative concepts, messaging frameworks, and performance-driven creative strategies.
