We are looking for an FP&A Analyst for the Finance team, reporting to the Head of Finance UK. The role involves supporting closing results, deviations control, gross margin monitoring, forecasting business performance, and supporting Marketing, Sales, and Direct to Consumer teams.
What you will do
- Financial controlling: Manage the Profit and Loss account of the market. Monitor monthly results, analyze Target/Actual differences, and recommend actions. Support external and internal reporting activities, including Financial Dashboard, Closing conference calls, and Management presentations. Interact regularly with top line teams for decision-making based on financial data.
- Financial Planning: Align S&OP outcomes with P&L perspectives monthly. Build budgets and estimates, gather inputs from teams, and explain outcomes.
- Business partnering: Act as a financial partner to Marketing Managers, analyzing categories and supporting innovation with financial cases.
- Direct to Consumer / e-Commerce activities: Conduct standard Financial Planning activities and analyze KPIs like LTV, FTB, Cohorts, CPA.
What we are looking for
- Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or similar.
- Over 3 years’ experience in Junior Management, preferably in FMCG multinational companies.
- Experience in business partnering roles.
- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control.
- Familiarity with forecast, product-line/customer profitability analysis, and KPIs like LTV, CPA, Retention, Cohorts.
- Strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills.
- Results-oriented with advanced MS Excel skills.
- SAP and Oracle Hyperion Planning experience is a plus.
