Your Impact on the Community
In this role, you\\\’ll become a trusted ally to young people with SEMH needs, helping them build emotional resilience and rediscover their potential.
You\’ll:
- Support students with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs, responding to each individual with sensitivity and purpose.
- Use creativity art, music, sport, or personal interests to foster connection and inspire engagement.
- Promote positive behaviour using trauma-informed approaches and Team Teach strategies.
- Collaborate closely with teachers, pastoral teams, and SENCOs to deliver personalised, meaningful support and keep families engaged throughout each child\\\’s journey.

Requirements
