Affinity Partnerships are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teaching assistant to work in primary schools in one of our partnered trusts in Weston-super-Mare. The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers to assist with classroom activities, provide one-to-one and small group support, and help pupils achieve their full potential both academically and socially. The role involves supporting students with varying learning needs, encouraging participation and confidence, assisting with classroom preparation, and promoting a safe and nurturing atmosphere.
