Affinity Workforce is seeking a dedicated and resilient Wellbeing Mentor in Weston-super-Mare. This role focuses on supporting students with SEMH needs, assisting them in managing emotions, improving behaviour, and re-engaging with education. You will work closely with students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups, ensuring their emotional development in a supportive environment.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, strong behaviour management skills, and a passion for helping students achieve positive outcomes.
