Our Service Delivery Centre in Bristol is home to our vibrant team focussing purely on our Managed Service Provision (MSP) Accounts. These accounts support the personnel being supplied into large schools and Trusts across the UK.

We are looking for a Trainee Account Manager to join the Service Delivery Team in Bristol recruiting into the Education Sector - if you are a recent graduate or college-leaver ready to embark on a long-lasting and exciting career that genuinely gives you an abundance of career opportunities and progression - then look no further! This is your chance to join a 10-person team where each team member is valued in a supportive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Monday to Friday 07:30 - 17:00 (school term time) and either 9:00 - 16:00 or 9:00 - 14:00 if targets are hit (school holidays)
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles across the accounts within our MSPs and work with the Affinity Workforce Solutions brands (Monarch Education, Career Teachers, CER Education and Sugarman Education)
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients through visits to ensure their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
  • Engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Proactively generate a pipeline of high-quality candidates for temporary and contract education staff across the country
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions with customers
