This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join in the future development of a Special needs school working with Affinity Workforce Solution based in Peterborough, with high standards of behaviour and achievement.

Affinity Workforce Solutions are seeking to appoint a keen and committed learning support assistant to support our children, including individuals and groups, both academically and socially for an IMMEDIATE start.

The successful applicant will have:

  • Understanding of how children learn.
  • Experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum.
  • Team player skills, as well as the ability to use their initiative.
  • Excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
  • Experience of working with children with a range of additional needs, including Autism and Speech and language difficulties, both in small groups and 1:1.
  • A positive approach and flexibility to the demands of the job.
