Affinity Workforce is a managed service provider supporting Multi‑Academy Trusts across the UK. We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team and support schools across North Somerset. We work in partnership with local academies to provide flexible, temporary opportunities. This role is initially short‑term and part‑time; however, we can offer flexible working patterns to suit your availability. Our partner schools are supportive, inclusive, and committed to creating an environment where every child feels a true sense of belonging.

What You Will Bring to the Role:
- Experience working with children, ideally within an SEN setting
- A valid Paediatric First Aid certificate (desirable)
- A valid Safeguarding certificate (desirable)
- A full Enhanced Child Workforce DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills with children, staff and parents
- A flexible, patient and supportive approach to meet individual needs
