We are seeking a dedicated and resilient Outreach Youth Worker to support young people within a specialist SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) school setting in Bristol. This is a highly impactful role focused on working with students who may struggle with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement in education. You will support them both within the school environment and through outreach work across the local community, helping them re-engage with learning and build positive futures.
