CER Education Recruitment (part of Affinity Workforce Solutions) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing Primary Team in Liverpool. Role responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles in Primary Schools
- Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively
- Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
- Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions

- Experience working in recruitment is essential as this is a warm desk

- Hours: 7.15-5.15 (Term Time), 8.00-2.00 / 10.00-4.00 (School Holidays)
