We are working in partnership with a forward thinking multi academy trust to recruit enthusiastic and adaptable Supply Teachers to support a number of schools across the trust. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers who are seeking flexible work, varied experiences, and the chance to make a positive impact across different school settings.
The Role
- Deliver high quality teaching across a range of year groups and subjects (depending on specialism)
- Follow lesson plans provided and ensure continuity of learning
- Create a positive, safe and engaging classroom environment
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Adapt quickly to different school settings and expectations
- Uphold the ethos and values of each academy within the trust
We Are Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS / QTLS / PGCE) or equivalent
- Experience teaching within UK schools (including ECTs welcome)
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Flexibility, reliability and a proactive attitude
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
