Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with multi-academy trusts across Bristol who are looking for teaching assistants for both primary, secondary and SEND schools. Successful candidates should be willing to work with children who have a variety of learning abilities and needs, be encouraging and positive, as well as being supportive to their educational needs.

The successful applicant:

  • Have Qualified Teachers Status
  • Have a sound understanding of Primary/Secondary Education
  • Have excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills
  • Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum
  • Will be a team player, as well as using their initiative and good sense of humour
  • Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, Speech and language difficulties both in small groups and 1:1.
  • Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.

This role involves working with children on a daily basis and is therefore in regulated activity. This vacancy is based in the United Kingdom.
