The role & benefits as Senior Recruitment Consultant at Monarch Education:

  • Salary: Up to £34,500 DOE
  • Uncapped commission structure

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing a warm desk with guaranteed business from existing client database and candidate pipeline
  • Building strong relationships with Primary Schools and educators across the Southwest
  • Matching the right people to the right roles (from daily supply to permanent placements for teachers and support staff)
  • Proactively engage in business development activities including school visits to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods

What are we looking for:

  • Experience in recruitment is desirable but not essential
  • Proactive individual who is able to adapt to a fast paced environment
  • A confident and strong communicator who is target driven and goal orientated
  • The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to grow their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand
  • Full Driving License preferred due to weekly school visits
