Affinity Workforce is seeking a dedicated SEMH Behaviour & Wellbeing Mentor to support students with SEMH needs at Snowdon Village in Bristol. The mentor will work 1:1 and in small groups, helping students regulate emotions and improve behaviour while promoting personal development.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with young people, patience, and strong behaviour management skills. A full UK driving licence is essential for this role.
