Affinity Partnerships are looking for qualified, experienced teachers, as well as Early Career Teachers (ECTs) who are looking to start their teaching adventures in the Fishponds area. The ideal candidate should feel comfortable leading KS3 and KS4 lessons, including those who will be taking exams, and should be enthusiastic about helping pupils with their studies.
The successful applicant should:
- Have Qualified Teacher Status.
- Have a sound understanding of Secondary Education.
- Have excellent literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- Have confidence supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum.
- Have experience of supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum.
- Be a team player, using their initiative and good sense of humour.
- Have experience of working with children with a range of additional needs including Autism, speech and language difficulties, and other SEND students, both in small groups and 1:1.
- Have a positive approach and be flexible to the demands of the job.
