Affinity Partnerships are working in collaboration with well-established multi academy trusts that are seeking Supply Teachers for a number of Primary schools in Bristol and surrounding areas (Bridgwater, Cevedon, Taunton, Bath, Keynsham, etc...) for an immediate start. This role has the potential to become a permanent role following temporary appointment.

Responsibilities:

  • To provide well-planned lessons in line with the National Curriculum
  • Liaise with parents regarding pupils' progress and well-being
  • Work with Teaching Assistants to support less able pupils to achieve better outcomes
  • Assist in the development of the Curriculum
  • Be responsible for monitoring, assessing, reporting, recording and evaluation of learning experiences
  • Promote opportunities for peer and social interaction to develop confidence, resilience and social skills
  • To plan, organise, mark work whilst also attending staff planning meetings
